Tour Itinerary

Day 01 - ARRIVAL SRINAGAR

Welcome to the world of adventure traveling in Himalayas. This day you are free until 4:30 Pm. You have to report at Tourist point of Srinagar and our representative will meet you there. Then will transfer you to Sonmarg by Tempo Traveler. Over Night stay in Sonmarg.

Day 02 - SONMARG TO KARGIL

 In morning, after breakfast we will leave for Kargil via Sonmarg (Known As Meadow of Gold), We will cross famous Zojila pass, Drass Village (2nd Coldest Inhabitated place in the World), En-route towards a magnificent view of Kargil war, Famous Peaks (Tiger, Tololing) from Vijay war memorial hall site, reach Kargil by evening. Overnight stay at Kargil. 

Day 03 - KARGIL TO LEH Pathar Sahib Gurudwara after morning after Breakfast

Leave for LEH. Visit Mulbek, Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain, Lamayuru, one of the oldest Monasteries of Ladakh and enjoy the view of Moon Landscape, Magnetic Hill, d Hall of Fame museum. Reach Leh by evening. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 4 - LEH TO NUBRA

Today, we will take the road to the highest motor able pass in the world – Khardung-La - at 18,380 feet. In spite of the altitude, today we will ride on some of the smoothest roads so far and the landscape becomes grand. After celebrating at Khardung-La pass, you descend into the dramatically different landscape of the Nubra valley.

Day 5 - NUBRA –TURTUK – NUBRA

Today get ready to explore the unexplored, After Breakfast we will ride our bullets towards Turtuk. Turtuk was under Pakistani control until 1971 after which India gained control of this strategic area and on the way, we will view beautiful valley. Which is a part of Shyok Valley. Turtuk is the last village before the Line of Control. After Exploring Turtuk we will ride back towards our Nubra Later on, we ride the sand dunes of Nubra into Hunder and enjoy the double hump Bactrian camel safari into the dunes. Overnight stay at Nubra.

Day 6 - NUBRA TO PANGONG

In morning, after breakfast we are going through one of the most uncommon route in Ladakh area via Shayok village, which is open recently for the tourist.

Day 7 - PANGONG TO HANLEY     

After the breakfast, fast ride along with the lake towards the ballade called Hanley via Maan Merak and chushul village. Hanley consist of approx 400 families. The village is recently open for the domestic tourist. Post lunch at the home stay and rest of the day one is free to explore the village and the astrophysics.

Overnight stay in Hanley (Home stay)

Day 8 - HANLEY TO PANG

After breakfast, we will start our ride towards Pang by retracing the same route until Debrin and then take left towards pang. Post lunch at the home stay, rest of the day one is free to explore the village and the astrophysics. Over Night, stay in dormitory.

Day 09 - PANG TO KEYLONG

After breakfast, we will leave for Keylong from the border between Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. Here you can see the nomadic Gaddi people and an army outpost. On our way, we stop at Baralacha Pass (4891 m). LA means “a pass with cross roads”. The roads from Ladakh, Zanskar, Lahaul and Spiti intersect here. Overnight stay at Keylong.

Day 10 - KEYLONG TO MANALI

This is the final leg of our ritual road trip. We start our day early and ride from keylong to Manali. The route is slightly rough. So, this day we shall try and cover the maximum distance with minimum stopovers. We arrive in Manali by the evening, followed by hand over of the bikes and gear. Later, we all willl celebrate the completion of our epic road journey.

Day 11 - DEPARTURE FROM MANALI TO DELHI BY VOLVO

In Morning, after breakfast, we all have to check out from hotel and you all are free to explore locally. However, in evening everyone has to reach Volvo bus stand by evening 5:00 Pm to board Volvo towards our ending point Delhi.

Royal Enfield bike 500 CC including Petrol only use for as per the itinerary ( for Bike package only Exp. one bike one rider)  Bikes will be provided from sonmarg to Keylong only.

Our Value:

All reservations and confirmations given are on behalf of Hotels/Transport companies/Activity service providers and Airlines or Ground Handling agents received in writing from them. Sun Dreams Holidays is only a service provider Company. (We Form as a Travel Agent)

Cancellations Policy:

• The booking Amount is 75% of the Total Tour cost.
• Cancellations received between 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 75% of the Total Tour cost.
• Cancellations received within 30 days of departure will subject to be a cancellation charge of 100% of the entire Total tour cost.

Billing:

• All invoicing will be done by Sun Dreams Holidays.
• Cheques / Demand draft to be prepared in favor of Sun Dreams Holidays.

Responsibility:

Sun Dreams Holidays acts only as agents for the corporate / passengers and does not own or manage any hotel/cruise line/airline/transport vehicle and hence is not liable for any loss, demand, accident, injury, delay, or irregularly of any nature for any reason whatsoever for or due to acts of omission or default of any suppliers.

However, Sun Dreams Holidays will try its best to obtain refunds if any due because of such irregularity but makes no promises.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels as indicated.
• In case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of itinerary, change in hotels/room types, the costs will vary accordingly.
• In the event of circumstances/ situations such as road blockage due to strike/ agitation, natural calamities, sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/ flight, etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather patterns, journey time can vary enormously at all times of the year, which is beyond our control. So then Tour Operate According to Current Situation.
• Air & Train Bookings, Hotel Bookings, Airport Transfers, Tour Sightseen & Any Activity Concern Carry your ID proof. In Indian Tours, you Should Carry your Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passports & Photos along with You. & In International Tours Required your Passport & Tour Service Vouchers.

• Photo ID and address proof of each guest are compulsory on tour.
• City tax and Resort fees are to be paid directly at the hotel if applicable.
• Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
• If your hotel booking includes a car transfer, you will need to call the hotel directly to let them know your travel details before 24 hrs prior to check-in.

• Please carry Return Air & Train Tickets / Hotel Vouchers & Any Necessary Documents on Your Travel.
• Tour Itinerary Maybe Vice Varsa & Tour Price would be changed all depends on the Current Situation of the destination.

RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION & IMPORTANT POINTS:-

• Lead Guest can full Rights To cancel the tour Plan, but Any member of your party may not cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written latter Needed by Lead Guest for Any Cancellation. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy above:
• We do your tour arrangements in advance. We do not have any rights to changes. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control
• We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
• In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
• After confirmation of the tour services, After if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. Any Hotel, Sightseen, Activity, departure dates, or we Cant do anything on time. All costs incurred due to amendment will be borne by you, and Extra Charges would be taken from Travelers.
