Tour Itinerary:-

Day 1:  Arrivals at Lohajung

Report at Lohajung and freshen up with some soup, tea or snacks after your long, but mesmerizing journey from Kathgodam or Dehradun. You will meet your Trek Leader here who will conduct a small briefing and introductory session which will be followed by dinner and an overnight stay at Lohajung. Report at Lohajung base camp after your 10 hours long tiring but mesmerising journey from Kathgodam/Dehradun, refresh yourself with some soup/tea and snacks. Meet your trek leader here. There will a briefing and introductory session before dinner. Have a hot and tasty dinner. Stay overnight and have some good sleep after a day-long journey.

Day 2:  Lohajung to Wan 15 km drive, Trek to BediniBugyal

First leg of trekking is preceded by a 15 km drive from Lohajung to Wan on a narrow, curvy road. Trekking starts from Wan to BediniBugyal through the rich Himalayan forest, across the gurgling, lush Neel Ganga stream.

Day 3:  Acclimatization day at Bedini Bugyal

This step of the trek is imperative to ensure there is no altitude sickness among the trekkers. On this day, the trekkers can walk uptoBedini top and get a bird’s eye view of the BediniBugyal camp as well as Maiktoli, Neelkanth, Chaukhambha, and Mrigathuni.

Day 4:  Bedini bugyal to  Pathar nachini

On the fourth day of the journey, we trek to PatharNachini which is a 4 hour long, gradually ascending trek. Up till day 4, trekkers can enjoy the lush green meadows before the landscapes turn white with the pristine mountain glory.

Day 5:  Patharnachni to Baghuwabasa

The first part of Day 5 covers a steep but criss-cross and slow ascent up till KulluVinayak Temple. At a height of 1,45,000 ft, trekkers, at times, pray at the temple for a safe journey ahead. Next is a gentle, downward trail to Baghuwabasa. It’s time to keep all your warm clothes handy because the nights are spine chilling cold.

Day 6:  Bhaguwasa to Roopkund Summit-Junnargali Summit- Bedini

Day 6 begins very early in the morning where, after some tea and cookies, we begin our trek up till the mysterious but enchanting, Roopkund Lake. From there, we proceed to Junnargali Pass to get a breathtaking, bird’s eye view of the lake. Trekking back to Bhaguwabasa, we have a hot breakfast at the camp before we proceed our long downward trail back to BediniBugyal which we hope to reach by sunset.

Day 7:  Bedini to Wan via Ali Bugyal & Gharoli Patal

On the last day of the trek, we trek back to Wan from BediniBugyal but via a different trail from Ali Bugyal, through the dense forest of GharoliPatal. At Wan, have a tasty dinner and enjoy the last night of the trek.

Day 8:  Wan – Kathgodam

After breakfast, bid adieu with Sweet Memories…

 How to Reach:

1.      From Kathgodam:  To reach Kathgodam from Delhi, one can take the Ranikhet Express (15013) which leaves Old Delhi Railway station at 10:00 pm and reaches Kathgodam at 5:05 am.  There is no public transport from Kathgodam to Lohajung, hence, we can arrange shared vehicles at an extra charge of Rs. 800 to Rs. 1100 per person which will get you to Lohajung by a 10 hour long, road journey.

2.     From Rishikesh: There is one bus from Rishikesh Bus Station to Lohajung that leaves at 5:00 am and costs about Rs. 450 per person for the 12 hour long journey. Trekkers are advised to have an overnight stay at Rishikesh to ensure they do not miss the bus.

3.     From Dehradun: There are no public transports from Dehradun to Lohajung but we can arrange shared vehicle at Rs. 800 to Rs. 1100, payable extra for the 10 hour long journey.

Our Value:

All reservations and confirmations given are on behalf of Hotels/Transport companies/Activity service providers and Airlines or Ground Handling agents received in writing from them. Sun Dreams Holidays is only a service provider Company. (We Form as a Travel Agent)

Cancellations Policy:

• The booking Amount is 75% of the Total Tour cost.
• Cancellations received between 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 75% of the Total Tour cost.
• Cancellations received within 30 days of departure will subject to be a cancellation charge of 100% of the entire Total tour cost.

Billing:

• All invoicing will be done by Sun Dreams Holidays.
• Cheques / Demand draft to be prepared in favor of Sun Dreams Holidays.

Responsibility:

Sun Dreams Holidays acts only as agents for the corporate / passengers and does not own or manage any hotel/cruise line/airline/transport vehicle and hence is not liable for any loss, demand, accident, injury, delay, or irregularly of any nature for any reason whatsoever for or due to acts of omission or default of any suppliers.

However, Sun Dreams Holidays will try its best to obtain refunds if any due because of such irregularity but makes no promises.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The rates are valid for the dates of travel and hotels as indicated.
• In case of any change in the dates of travel, amendment or rerouting of itinerary, change in hotels/room types, the costs will vary accordingly.
• In the event of circumstances/ situations such as road blockage due to strike/ agitation, natural calamities, sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/ flight, etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather patterns, journey time can vary enormously at all times of the year, which is beyond our control. So then Tour Operate According to Current Situation.
• Air & Train Bookings, Hotel Bookings, Airport Transfers, Tour Sightseen & Any Activity Concern Carry your ID proof. In Indian Tours, you Should Carry your Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passports & Photos along with You. & In International Tours Required your Passport & Tour Service Vouchers.

• Photo ID and address proof of each guest are compulsory on tour.
• City tax and Resort fees are to be paid directly at the hotel if applicable.
• Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
• If your hotel booking includes a car transfer, you will need to call the hotel directly to let them know your travel details before 24 hrs prior to check-in.

• Please carry Return Air & Train Tickets / Hotel Vouchers & Any Necessary Documents on Your Travel.

RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION & IMPORTANT POINTS:-

• Lead Guest can full Rights To cancel the tour Plan, but Any member of your party may not cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written latter Needed by Lead Guest for Any Cancellation. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy above:
• We do your tour arrangements in advance. We do not have any rights to changes. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control
• We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
• In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
• After confirmation of the tour services, After if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. Any Hotel, Sightseen, Activity, departure dates, or we Cant do anything on time. All costs incurred due to amendment will be borne by you, and Extra Charges would be taken from Travelers.
